Hosted by Hilton's Executive Chef Philippe Perrey and the hotel sommelier Toby Um, Sotano Wine + Tapas will feature a showdown between Spain and Victoria.
Spanish wine vs Victorian wine. Spanish cheese vs Victorian cheese. Spanish cured meat vs Victorian cured meat. Who will be the winner? This educational program will allow you to sip and sample a selection of the best produce from both Spain and Victoria.
